Biography
Neil Gaiman is a British author known for his dark, mythological storytelling that spans novels, comics, and screenwriting. Born in Portchester, England in 1960, he first rose to fame with the groundbreaking comic series The Sandman. His novels blend fantasy, horror, and mythology with a distinctly literary sensibility. Gaiman has won the Hugo, Nebula, Newbery, and Carnegie Medal — one of very few authors to win all four. His works have been adapted into major films and TV series, making him one of the most versatile storytellers of his generation.
